Job of the Admin:
The job of the admin is fairly important. They are the ONLY people on this forum that can accept new Characters.Unless none of the three Admins post within a 3 day period, the the Moderator may accept the character. They are to be open to any suggestions from the characters, please don't be rude to the characters. Just because you're an Admin doesn't make you SO important that you must ignore the other members of this board.

Job of the Moderator:
The job of the Mod is just as important as the Admin. The Moderator must only critique a person's post ie telling them they need to watch capitilization etc. They cannot accept characters. You are allowed to share your opinions with all of the admins, they are open to all opinions.Please, if they need to work on something in their post, find a nice way to say something. Don't say "Oh my god you post effin sucks!" say what they need to do to make it better. Encourage them to do better!!

IF ANY STAFF MEMBER IS FOUND NOT DOING THEIR JOB, THEY WILL BE IMMEDIATELY STRIPPED OF THEIR TITLE AND BANNED FROM THE BOARD
